This competition is NOT open to employees or family members of Win-pub.com 
or family members of the Filly Inn owners.
You must be 18 or over to enter this competition.
The competition has two sets of questions. The first 100 correct entrants drawn will be entered
into the second part of the competition. They will then have to answer three additional questions, 
from which the winner will be drawn.
No responsibility is accepted by win-pub.com for any ineligible entries.
The closing date of the competition will be decided by win-pub.com  when a minimum of 52000 allocated tickets are sold 
and all promotional costs and expenses are covered.

The competition prizes Are is: 
               
               Managers of Public Houses, Restaurants Managed Hotels  and General Pubic 
                                   - A lease or freehold of their choice of a public House Restaurants or Hotel to the total value of £200,000.
                                   - The lease and all costs will be paid in full to the landlord from win-pub.com to the total value of £200,000.
                                   - All pub transfer fees in relation to the change of ownership, including Stamp Duty and Solicitors costs;
                                   - All stock at the time of ownership transfer;
                                   - All pub furniture, fixtures and fittings;
                                   - All duties on transfer of the property to be paid by win-pub.com. 
                                   - All the landlords terms and conditions will apply to the lease and win-pub.com accept not responsibility for these conditions. 
                                   - All payments will be made to the landlord on request from the landlord in respect of the transaction between the competition 
                                     winner and the landlord.
            
              
               Lease Holders of  Public Houses, Restaurants and Hotels  
                                  'Win-pub will pay the landlord of the Public House, Restaurant or Hotel the rent on the properly for up to five years 
                                   to the maximum value of £200,000 by request from the competition winner.
           
             
               Freeholders   of  Public Houses, Restaurants Hotels                              
                                  - Win-pub.com will pay the mortgage lender to a maximum of £200,000 the mortgage on the public house Restaurant or hotel.
                                  -  if the funds are within the £200,000 this will include any transfer fees
                                  -  Early termination fees. 
                                  - Solicitors Fees. 
                                  - Any taxes due on the competition.


If the full allocation of tickets is not sold within a reasonable timescale win-pub.com reserves the right 
to bring the competition to an end.
Following a decision to bring the competition to an end before all tickets have been sold 
a draw will take place and a cash amount may be offered as an alternative. 
Any cash sum paid to the winning ticket holder will be calculated on the basis of ticket sales 
to that point less all operational and running costs of the competition.
Entry can not be accepted if full details are not provided. 
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition winner will be selected randomly by computer on completion of the competition.
An independent firm of Solicitors will be appointed to conduct the draw and appropriate records will be held.
The winner will be notified by telephone and/or Email within 7 days of the draw.
The prize is not transferable for cash unless this option is offered as an alternative.
The prize must be claimed within 21 days unless otherwise stated. Thereafter the prize claim will be void. 

Void prizes may be redrawn and offered to another entrant or offered in another prize draw. 
Prizes can only be allocated on confirmation of receipt of notification from the winner, 
who will be asked to confirm their postal address and signature.
The winner agrees to execute all documentation in relation to the transfer within 28 days of the draw.
On taking over the Filly Inn the winner must comply with the regulations included in the Licensing Act 2003 
or appoint someone to run the pub and ensure compliance on their behalf.
Win-pub.com reserves the right to redraw the competition if contact with the original winner cannot be made

Entrants acknowledge that their entries may be released or displayed to the public by win-pub.com 
or any agency connected with the competition and assign all rights necessary for promotion 
and publication of such entries to win-pub.com. 
Winners agree to grant Win-pub.com or any agency connected with the prize draw the right to use their name and likeness 
for advertising and publicity purposes without any additional compensation.
The competition shall be governed by the laws of England, Wales and Scotland.
